Cardio Pickleball
Get your heart pumping while having fun on the court! Cardio Pickleball combines fast-paced drills, continuous movement, and exciting rally play to give you a great workout while sharpening your pickleball skills. Designed for all ability levels, this class focuses less on scoring and more on keeping the ball in play—ensuring a fun, high-energy session that boosts fitness, agility, and endurance. Register for each class individually.

Beginner Pickleball Clinic
The beginner clinic will consist of learning the rules of pickleball, basic shot techniques, court positioning and strategy. Participants will learn the fundamentals of serving, dinking, and volleying, including proper paddle grip and grip pressure. Each session builds off the prior week’s instruction and there will be game play to incorporate what was learned each week.

Intermediate Pickleball Clinic
The intermediate clinic will focus on improving specific shots such as the dink, third shot drop, offensive lob, and overhead smash. Participants will learn how to transition from defense to offense along with court positioning and strategy. Each session builds off the prior week’s instructions and there will be game play to incorporate what was learned each week.

Intermediate and Advanced Skill Level 1 hour each week
For the first six (6) weeks of league play, each team will play a different opponent, playing a minimum of three games. Each game will be played to 11, win by 2. During the seventh week of league play we will host the semi-finals and final matches. Players must have a basic understanding of pickleball

Youth & Teen Learn to Play
Our Youth and Teen Learn to Play program introduces players to the basics of the game in a supportive and engaging environment. Participants will learn the rules, scoring, and court etiquette while building fundamental skills such as serving, volleying, and teamwork. With a focus on fun, fitness, and sportsmanship, this program is perfect for kids who are new to the game or looking to improve their skills.

For the first five (5) weeks of league play, each team will play a different opponent, playing a minimum of three games. Each game will be played to 11, win by 2. During the 6th week of league play we will host the semi-finals and final matches. Players must have a basic understanding of pickleball.
